I am going to tell more about the book i am reading.The hero is takeing a chance to get to his men home.He is ethyer go to the sea monster or go to the rocky cliffs. I am going to read more and find out what one he takes. I think he is going to take the sea monster. that is my opinion. He is taking of a beach.
Now in Odyssey, they take off for for thier adventure. the got past the sirens and the six headed sea monster. now thier on the land of the sun god.But they disobeyed the sun gods commands and killed all his sheep and cattle.
name: Odyssey author Mary Pope time after the trojan war i am on the first book.I have read almost every one of them. But on this one his adventure begins! In the first chapters he is he set sails off to to Troy. after the war he is stranded on a mysterious island.
They just got on the island and they found plenty of goats and cows. After they ate, the found a mist coverd island. They travel to it. They found a huge one eyed monster. He trapt Odysseus and his crew. They are forced to wait till morning.
The character of the story of Odysseus. He is the leader of his army that survive the Trojan war. His men think that he is bave, bright, and strong. One of the his biggest achievments is deafeting the one eyed monster. He looks very strong! He wears a huge bealt with a bronz sword.
Now they esxaped the evill cluches of the dreaded cyclops. They just left the cyclopses island and Posiden,the god of the sea is realy mad for blinding his son. He is sending huge dangerous waves crushing the crews crickety old ship.

I am at the end of the book. His men all drownd in the river. now he is on a mysterious island, the lsland of clypso. On that island he finds a girl.
